These terms cover your use of Mental Gym (“the app”, at mg.huikuri.dev), run by Ossian Huikuri (“we”). By signing in or requesting access you agree to them.
Access
You sign in with Google and request access. Access is approved by hand and we can approve, refuse or revoke it at any time. You must give accurate information and keep your account to yourself.
Acceptable use
Use the app to learn. Don't attack, overload or probe it, scrape it, bypass the rate limits, use someone else's account, pick a username that impersonates or offends others, or put unlawful, hateful or personal data about others into your answers.
Your content
You own what you write. You give us permission to store it and to process it, including sending it to AI providers, only to run the app for you: grade your work, show your progress and calculate the leaderboard. See the Privacy Policy.
AI-generated material
Lessons, feedback and scores are produced by AI models and can be wrong or incomplete. They are for learning and practice, not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Check anything important against a trusted source.
Availability and changes
The app is provided “as is”, free, without any guarantee of uptime, accuracy or that it will always exist. We may change features or shut it down, and we may update these terms; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
Ending your account
You can stop using the app any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
